Home Inspections
We provide comprehensive home inspections that evaluate all major components of a residential property, from foundation to roof. Our certified InterNACHI inspectors identify potential issues, provide detailed explanations of findings, and deliver same-day reports to help clients make informed decisions about property purchases or sales. Our services meet and exceed industry standards while incorporating our unique perspective from hands-on residential construction experience.
Termite Inspections
Our certified termite inspections identify wood-destroying organisms and structural damage to preserve property integrity and value. We conduct thorough visual examinations of both interior and exterior property components to detect signs of termites, carpenter ants, and wood-boring beetles. Our inspections include detailed documentation and recommendations for treatment or remediation to protect your investment.
Radon Inspections
We conduct professional radon inspections using EPA-approved testing methods to ensure homes are free from this odorless, dangerous gas. Our continuous radon monitor runs for a minimum of 48 hours to provide accurate measurements. This critical testing helps protect the health of current or future occupants while identifying potential issues that could impact property value.
Thermal Leak Scans
Our advanced thermal leak scans use infrared imaging to identify hidden energy losses, moisture problems, and insulation gaps. This non-invasive inspection technique helps homeowners discover issues that could increase utility costs or lead to more serious damage over time. The scan provides a comprehensive assessment for timely intervention, ensuring long-term property integrity and energy efficiency.
Water Quality Testing
We provide comprehensive water quality testing that meets or exceeds FHA/VA requirements. Our certified testing analyzes water samples for contaminants like Total Coliform, E. coli, lead, nitrates, and more. We provide detailed reports comparing results to national standards, giving homeowners and buyers vital information about their water's safety and quality for informed decision-making.

It was a wonderful experience working with Geremey with Ellingwood Pro Home Inspections. I am in a different state from the house I am managing and Geremey spent a lot of time detailing what he found while going over the report with me. I would definitely use Ellingwood Pro Home Inspections again.

Our inspection was very thorough and the report was easy to read. But the main reason for the 5 stars was the customer service. Sabrina, Geremy, and Lenny were all wonderful to work with. We had a really short deadline due to our realty contract and they made sure the inspections were completed in time. We went with the Advance Home Inspection Package and it had everything we needed for our mortgage loan and everything we wanted for piece of mind.

A trusted friend suggested Ellingwood Pro after we asked who conducted the inspection of their home. We are so happy and satisfied that we followed up. The process for booking was easy to do online. Their website is by far the best amongst all the home inspector sites we saw if they even had a site. We called Ellingwood Pro before booking to ask a few questions and they responded very quickly. Geremey, our inspector, was thorough and knowledgeable. He never rushed through our questions and most importantly, he didn't talk down to us. He gave us so much insight into our upcoming, new home. We highly recommend this company.

After completing the inspection, he walked with me through the home and explained all his steps and findings (in addition to a thorough report). The team did an outstanding job painting and installing new floors in my townhouse! They give great attention to details and did not attempt to cut corners; spending additional time to complete the job to my satisfaction without adding cost to the original quote. They also are reasonably priced, which is unheard of in today's marketplace. I have had Geremy and his team complete additional projects since my original experience and have had the exact same results. I would highly recommend this company to perform a transformation on your home.
