Juan and Gustavo were great. Once again, we called Juan in an emergency situation (AC died on a very hot Friday afternoon), he responded quickly and was out to access our need within 2 hours of the initial call. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a few options for a fix until a permanent fix could be done on Monday morning. As he promised our AC was repaired before noon on Monday. Thanks Juan! Your service is amazing.

We were very pleased with the customer service of this company. The team who came out to access the initial problem, arrived on time, did what they set out to do, gave us a detailed explanation of the problem. The owner of the company made a second visit to assure us that his company could handle the issue. They did so in a timely manner. We were impressed with the company because he and his team ended up working over time.
They did so without complaint. He gave us the weekend to make sure the unit was working properly. Giving them time to fix any additional issues if needed. Everything was working even better than before. He followed up with us a few times after to stand behind his companys work. I would gladly refer this company to others. An owner who truly cares about his companys work ethics, doing a good job, completing a task as promised and has great customer service; is a business I hope is around for a long time.

Our air conditioner went out the night before and I called Majanos the next morning and they were here by 2:30. The problem was fixed in a very short time and up and running again. In what seemed to be a never ending string of unfortunate events Juan showed up and became a ray of sunshine in a thunderstorm. He is knowledgeable, shows compassionate, doesnt try to over charge or give you services you dont need. He installed a contactor for my heater in no time. This was my second time using his company and it wont be my last.

Majanos was nothing short of spectacular. They installed a mini- split in my new addition and everything was perfect. We have since had them out to fix issues with the main house and they have been great. They initially told us we needed larger duct work in main house he gave me a price and we told them to go ahead and do it. As they were here they realized the duct sizing was not incorrect and the only thing needed was the baffles adjusted and fix a few pinch points. They are honest guys and do great work. We are customers for life!
