Calgary Chem-Dry

We have pets and have been using Chemdry for years to clean our carpets - always with great results. Our most recent experience was not what weve come to expect so they did a re-do cleaning, with their usual great results. This kind of service recovery will keep us coming back!

Had our carpet cleaned and we were not happy with the result as there were many spots left along with a couple of bigs ones. Contacted chem dry and the owner Mike said he would be over right away with someone to re do it. Few things slipped through the cracks and they never ended up coming. Sent a couple of emails with no reply and I could not call to follow up because I was usually working during business hours.

Finally Mike reached out once again and apologized for everything that had happened. He was so kind and wanted to do whatever it took to make us happy. He ended up refunding the entire amount, and offered to come back and re clean. I don't think it was deliberate in them not getting back to me and was an honest mistake. They truly are a great company and are here to make you happy. Would recommend!

Grant and his co-worker did a great job. They were so easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the rug and did the job efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend.

Had sofa and loveseat and an area rug cleaned and everything came out clean. The only complaint I had was the fella wore his shoes in the house so consequently all floors were dirty which gave us extra work. We had to wash all floors. Other workers we have had.in the house either take their shoes off at the door or.wear plastic covers over their shoes.

The carpet, including stairs, had not been cleaned in many years, and it now looks as good as new. We are very impressed with the service and result. I would highly recommend this company - 5 stars!

Mike did a fantastic job on my carpets. They were looking old, dirty and beaten up. Now they look lot nicer and clean. Mike even managed to get shoe polish stains out of the stairs. Thank you, Mike and Chem-Dry.

Chem-dry provided a well priced service and the more I booked, the bigger the discount. They phoned with a reminder the day before and en route. Did a quick quote which was similar to others companies then Stephen got to work. Stairs, all carpeted areas (some with difficult stains), and a chair and couch. He did an excellent job even removing long time stains that other companies have been unsuccessful at. Highly recommend them.

I first went with ChemDry because they had 30 years experience and many positive reviews. I called on a Tuesday and had them cleaned the very next day. Grant was friendly, kind and very experienced. He knew his stuff! We had been pet sitting a dog for a friend and she had done her business on our carpet. I have a young child so I was very concerned.

To my surprise, ALL the stains came out! (Even old stains.) Our carpets look AMAZING! I'm going to refer ChemDry like crazy! Thank you so much! From the first call, to walking in to see my beautiful revived carpets has been a wonderful experience.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Chem-Dry and BJ far surpassed my expectations after previous failed attempts by other carpet cleaning companies.
