I had the worst morning ever. Spent 45 minutes calling around town on a strangers phone because i had locked my keys and phone in the car and after it all they were by far the best deal in town. I got William on the phone and he said he was on a call and would try to be there within an hour. I think he made it there in 35. He was fast and efficient and made my day a lot better. Don't waste your time calling around. These guys rock.

My son arrived to Olympia last night after a cross-country drive (Maryland to Washington) and in his haze, accidentally locked his keys in his car. In less than 30 minutes after calling, his car was unlocked and keys retrieved. Update: Had to call them a second time today, and they were at my door and I was back inside in less than half an hour! 100% recommended if you're in or near Thurston County. Original review: Highly recommended if you're looking for local locksmith service in Thurston County! I locked myself outside after hours today, and they were at my door in Lacey within a half an hour. A few minutes of quick work later, and I was warming up inside. I hope I don't need to call again soon, but I am definitely saving their card and number!

Jumpstarts and Lockouts had excellent service and communication from start to finish. William successfully cut two of my Buick keys despite running into issues at first that were weather related. He clearly communicated the price upfront, drove to me, and very helpfully explained what he was doing when I was curious about the process. My wife got locked out of the house at night when the patio door suddenly locked behind her when she was letting the dogs out and i was out of state. Car keys were also locked in the house so there was no way of getting into the garage. Cold and rainy night and she was in shorts. Called them and they were able to be there in less than 5 minutes to get her into the truck so she could get the garage remote out to get back in. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service and Response time, these professionals know what they are doing. I was locked out of my car and other non-local companies tried to charge me over the phone and rip me off. Jumpstart and Lockouts Lacey have very reasonable prices and will help you out of a jam. They even picked me up on my walk to my lockedout car. I would not hesitate to call them again if I was ever locked out or had any other car related trouble short of a tow.

Locked the keys in my car at the pumpkin patch an hour away from home. Called 3 places that couldn't unlock a car. Jumpstarts and Lockouts got there fast and got us on the road.
