From the first interaction everyone was so helpful explaining the cleaning process. My carpets came out great it was just unfortunate that the PERT treatment is so expensive that it was not an option but so far my carpets look cleaner

I recently had a very large sectional cleaned chem dry. When I scheduled it, Ashley in the office was very helpful and friendly. Zach, the tech that came to clean the couch was very thorough very courteous and very nice. My account just made with a special fabric, and Zach went above and beyond to verify what products could be used on the couch. I had a few spots on the couch and I called them a couple weeks later and they were so nice to come out at no charge and to fix those spots, Ill definitely use them again in the future!

Another carpet cleaning company was unable to improve heavily trafficked dark areas in our light tan wall-to-wall carpet about 10-12 years ago. We finally decided to try Chem-Dry, and are very glad we did. Steve was able to make our 23-year old carpet look like new again. I wish I had thought to take a photo of how ugly it was before to post with this review.

Follow up - The owner of Chem Dry is going to fix the damage to our sofa caused by the cleaning wand. I'm very glad that he is standing by his customers. That has renewed our trust in the company's professionalism and integrity.

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning. No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. Many thanks to everyone at Chem-Dry for providing excellence!

I've been using Chem-Dry for several years now & each time I'm in awe as to how beautiful my carpet looks after cleaning. And my carpet is 25 yrs old! Fernando & his assistant (apologize for not remembering his name) were awesome! Fernando confirmed with me what I wanted done & gave me the total cost before getting started so that there's no misunderstanding. Professional, friendly & transparent. Thank you Chem-Dry for your great service.

My first contact was with Ashley. Informative, friendly, and accommodating, she set things in motion. Sean, our technician, was communicative, professional and very knowledgeable. (Who knew there was so much to know about different carpet fibers and stain removal?!?) Yes, all around the service was excellent and affordable. But my experience with these two will make me call again when needed- and recommend their services to friends. Big bonus their products are plant-based.

Machine bottom dripped dirty water and left several dirty spots on the carpet. The employee had to use a lot of spot cleaner, and yet there were several spots I had to reclean myself. The employee had an overbooked schedule making him quite anxious to leave. The coupon I had caused him to recalculate the invoice and still don't understand how the total was done. Also, I have never been charged for fuel, but $5.00 was added to the bill.

All and all too many surprises about the billing. Still waiting to see if all the spots come out. ****Update of review: I feel compelled to update my review. I had Chemdry clean my carpets later and Zach did a fabulous job!

My experience was great! I had a white cloth couch that had stains for a few years. It took time as expected, but the couch came out looking brand new! I was thoroughly impressed! One downside is that I had to air out my house as the chemicals were a tad overwhelming. No matter, I am still going to use them going forward! Services Upholstery cleaning

We've used chem-Dry for three years now. They aren't the cheapest but I love them because my carpets dry in one day (we usually have them come in Sept). We have a ceiling fan, but no other fans and just leaving the windows open with our AC fan running all day does the trick and carpets are dry about the time my kids come home from school (3pm and they come at 8am). With four kids, we can't wait for days for our carpets to dry. Steven is always professional and very thorough. We pay about $1100 for our 2 story 2800 square foot house (1500 is carpet) including the tip and taxes and everything, and that's for the highest quality tier.

We have been using Chem Dry for many years now. We have our carpets cleaned 4 times a year because we have dogs. They do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have 20 year old carpets and they still look new. I attribute it to the fact that we have them cleaned frequently which keeps the dirt, etc. (^%$&^$) from getting ground in. Their pet sanitizer works great if your puppy has an accident.

We also scotch guard the carpets as well. Travis, one of their techs/cleaners is excellent. He works hard to get the stains out. We schedule around his schedule. Our favorite staff people are Travis the tech/cleaner and Ashleigh the Administrator who calls us. They are great! Best cleaner company around!

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

Very professional and friendly staff. Flexible and customer service minded! They deliver the product to your doorstep. So easy to do business with, and great product. A while ago they had changed the spot remover from the foam spray to a liquid, which was a disappointment. We gave them our feedback on the change. Well, guess what? It was a pleasant surprise to have my product delivered today and the foam spray is back! Thank you Chem-Dry for listening to your customers and staying customer service oriented!

So happy with my service from Chem-Dry of New Mexico! They came in and picked up my area rugs, cleaned them, brought them back immaculate, and put them back down on my floors for me. They even carted out their trash (the wrappings on the rugs). The price was half what I expected, and the people were kind, respectful, and behaved as if they were happy to get my business. They were ON TIME, too! This is my second experience with this company; the first was for upholstery cleaning perhaps 3 years ago -- I was as delighted then as I am now. This is a level of service I have come not to expect here in New Mexico, so I am surprised as well as very pleased.
