Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method uses 80% less water for deeper cleaning, faster drying, and allergen reduction. Safe for children, pets, and sensitive individuals, this process removes dirt and non-living allergens while preserving carpet fibers. Commercial-grade equipment ensures consistent results for residential and business clients.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) breaks down odor-causing molecules at the source. UV light detects hidden stains, while specialized solutions penetrate deep into padding and subfloors. This process permanently eliminates pet urine odors without masking agents, restoring hygiene and comfort.
Area Rug Cleaning
Gentle yet effective cleaning for synthetic and natural fiber rugs, including Oriental and Persian varieties. Our process preserves colors and textures while removing dirt, allergens, and residues. On-site cleaning avoids transportation risks, maintaining the rug's integrity and extending its lifespan.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Deep cleaning and sealing restore granite surfaces' luster while protecting against stains and bacteria. Non-toxic solutions remove buildup without damaging sealants. The four-step process includes polishing for lasting shine, ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Safe cleaning for solid and engineered wood floors using minimal moisture. Counter-rotating brushes remove embedded dirt while preserving finishes. Optional protective polish enhances durability against daily wear, maintaining aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.

Cayden was quite a young man. Not only did he give our carpet and rug a textbook clean but he was very respectful and went out of his way to show reverence to me as a vet. His cousin is a US Marine and holds him in high esteem. It is refreshing to see someone with thatkind of dignity and work ethic at the same time. He is an ASSET to his company.

Being a general contractor it can be a challenge to find the right subcontractor for your clients needs. Mountainview Chem-Dry was contracted to resurface the natural stone floor in the master bath of one of my clients. Dave and his team were very professional and courteous and took great care to inform and educate my client on the process that would take place. They also took great care to protect the other areas of the home that were affected by the work that was being performed.
While the stone was being resurfaced there were continual updates to the client and myself on the progress of the project. Once the job was complete the client and myself were very pleased with the outcome of the stone finish as it far surpassed our expectations. I will continue to use and recommend Mountainview Chem-Dry for any of my tile resurfacing needs as they have proved themselves competent, professional, courteous and best of all reasonably priced! Thanks again Dave and Mountainview Chem-Dry!

If you need a carpet, rug or upholstery cleaned, I highly recommend Mountainveiw ChemDry on Clifford Rd. They exceeded my expectations. They worked with me to schedule rug pick up and delivery outside of their normal delivery times, clearly communicated expectations and times. Prior to service, I received several calls informing me of issues related to possible dye bleeds. Expectations and cleaning plans were discussed so I could make the final decision. Awesome service! Another plus is they will cut rug pads for you. No having to load your car with heavy rugs, unload for measurements, reload rugs and pads, then final unload.
