Highly recommend! Worked quickly (45 min total) and the finished product was high quality. They don't try to upsell you or overcharge on anything - very transparent and fair with regards to pricing - and the goat, Sergio, was very friendly and knowledgeable. These folks had me scheduled for the very day after I called. They then texted me asking if I wanted an earlier appt that had opened up, which I did. TJ arrived on time and prepared. He is a good communicator and clearly explained the details in an estimate that he prepared in the first few minutes. It was a pleasure to work with Veteran Garage Door Repair and I'll contact them again, once I've cleared the opposite side of my garage so they may duplicate the improvements on that door!

Great service. I called about 8am and had a service representative at my house about 10am. Jake explained my options, answered my questions and made all the repairs. Priced around and got quotes from several providers. I just needed a spring replacement. Quotes were 900-550 for a single spring, then I called Veteran's and got a very reasonable quote and 20 minutes later, Jovani was at my door. He was courteous, friendly, and fast. Hour later he had spring installed and even resecured my opener with a better mount, without charging or being asked. Thank you all again.

Great service! They set a next day appointment when I called and the technician arrived right on time. He was able to immediately spot the issues and adjusted the door put on some new rollers that are a lot quieter and put on a new keypad outside. The whole fix took only about an hour. I definitely would recommend them.
