We had a really good experience with these guys. Our spring broke in the morning and these guys came and checked it out in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the tech who came out had used the last springs of that size on his truck earlier in the day, but arranged for a colleague to come out the next day. He arrived earlier than expected the next day (after confirming it was okay with us) and had us fixed in an hour or so. No surprises, total transparency, good price, really informative responses to my questions (no effort to upsell). All good.

Trent repaired my garage spring and rollers and rail rollers. He did a needed inspection and made me aware of his game plan. I have a more modern spring/ roller system. Much safer since my stuff was at least 30 years old. I had a new opener put in a few months ago but that company did not inspect and find all the needed items Trent did. He is professional and had my safety in mind. Thanks Trent, the company can be very proud of you. Great knowledge and he educated me a lot.

My garage door only opened halfway and that with me helping it up. Christian came by gave an estimate and withinin an hour my door was opening all the way new rail belt and rails lubed all moving parts and leveled the tracks. Great workmanship good conversation told me exactly what was going on and good pricing. I would highly reccomend Veteran garage door repair.

Unbelievably great service. The spring on my garage door broke at 10pm. Both cars were trapped inside. I called at 10:30 pm and had a return call at 8am. They were able to send Martin to my house by 9am. He was excellent. He replaced the broken spring and my worn rollers by a little after 10am. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work on a garage door.

Trent replaced the springs to our garage door. He provided two estimates, one with the springs and bearings and then one with just the springs. Veterans Garage Door Service is excellent and very reasonable in price. Codie arrived at the start of my 2 hour window. He solved my safety sensor issue promptly plus lubricated the rollers and tightened screws on the tracks. It took about 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company in the future.
