Great experience, professional and punctual. I had a flood from my hot water heater in the middle of the night and they came over and got me fixed up. They even shut the water off at 2 AM to save my house from further damage.

We had a pipe leak on the first floor of our house and the water went from there down to our basement. Big Mess! This was on a Sunday evening and 1 800 Water Damage was wonderful. Mike and his crew came out that evening and started the mitigation and explained to us what all the next steps would be. They handled the mitigation and then Mike organized all the necessary restoration personnel and dealt with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and are great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

1800 water damage came to our rescue when we had a big sewer backup into our basement laundry room/storage room. They came out first thing in the morning and cleaned up everything. I was embarrassed by all the gunk and wanted to clean before they came out, but they said no they had machines to take care of that problem. They threw away what was not salvageable and disinfected the rest. Katie was very helpful and called often to see where we stood as other problems needed to be addressed. We were very satisfied with this company and would recommend them highly
