Excellent service by Patrick. I called in the morning with an emergency sewage issue and he arrived in the early afternoon and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained everything thoroughly as well which helped me actually understand what was going on. Will definitely be using Patrick for any future issues. 10/10 recommend.

This the ONLY Plumber your home needs. I'm still in Awe as I write this. Thinking the the kitchen fauct link may not be a simple replacement he called on a restoration company to come and check. He was right, there was mold bidden under the base cabinets and even into the adjacent wall with the living room. They even made sure the repairs are covered by my homeowners insurance and took the time to expalain how to use the internet for getting on the Ins web site to confirm the policy. Both companies treated me like I was their mom. People before profit. (AND with Heart)

Patrick Cape did a great job installing my new gas dryer with a gas shut off and a 1-year warranty. He is very friendly and skilled and followed in his father's footsteps into the business I am hiring CAPE Plumbing to do more work on my gas lines to support a generator. Patrick of Cape Plumbing was just at my house and did an amazing job of clearing a major clog in the home line, as well as assessing any possible problem with the main sewer line. His work was thorough and he also took the time to explain what was being done and the problems that might happen in the future. Patrick came out on time and replaced my toilet fill valve. He was in and out quickly, very pleasant, nice guy and I'll call Cape Plumbing for my next plumbing concern.

Patrick arrived Tuesday evening to assess the sewer line blockage. He explained the process and discussed any additional steps that might be necessary to remove the blockage. After completing the work, he and I discussed measures for me as a homeowner to take and maintain healthier plumbing. I appreciated the personalized attention Patrick and Cape Sewer & Drain Inc. provided for the job.

Pat, the owner understood my emergency and was able to quickly come to our rescue with a broken cartridge stuck in the shower faucet. Fixed it fast and very pleasant in his service. Also had time to give me some advice on another plumbing issue all before 5 o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon.

I don't write many reviews, so forgive my grammar, but I needed to mention this. Patrick called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, walked us through the installation, and answered all of our questions. The installation was real quick and quiet, it didn't interrupt my mom's meeting (she works from home) and I would have forgotten he was even there if it wasn't for the dogs.

After the installation, Patrick went over how everything works, showing us in the manual and on the panel and answering more questions. He was very nice and very polite through the whole process. He even gave us a small discount at the end. Overall, I would give him more than 5 stars if possible, but I'll give what I can. He definitely earned it in my opinion. Will definitely call him for any more issues or projects.

In August Pat came to our home to redo plumbing under our kitchen sink. While there he noticed that our hot water heater wasn't up to code. Within 2 hours he had replaced our hot water heater and redone the plumbing under our kitchen sink at a fairly decent price. In October Pat came and replaced a nozzle on our kitchen sprayer in a matter of minutes.

We are very impressed with the knowledge and character of Pat and this family owned company. I would definitely recommend him and this company for any plumbing needs in the Tampa Bay Clearwater area.
