I used CAT recovery in the past and I was very pleased with the service. I called them again and the service was again exceptional. I will use them again if I have to!!!! They were on time and had all the right equipment to do the job correctly!!!! Everyone was polite and respectful and they treated my home like I was theirs. There cleanup was exceptionally thorough. Had some water get under flooring in a room after the latest hurricane. Not only did they come out the same day I called, Gavin and his crew explained the process, did a great job cleaning up the water and flooring, treated for mold, sanitized and left the dryer fans and dehumidifier for 24 hours to ensure drying. Came back and inspected, used moisture meter, took all equipment and left the room clean and sanitized again.
