Eastern Shore installed our new furnace and a/c a few weeks ago. They did a fine job with the installation.i wish I remembered their names. Aaron, our sales rep, gave us a very fair price and was very professional. Today they came back to do the duct cleaning. Very thorough. Maryann at the office was very courteous and pleasant and provided good customer service. Quality company all the way around. Would recommend them!

Great job had no heat thermostat turned black called Eastern Shores. They came in 2 1/2 hours diagnose. The problem condensate pump would not shut off shut the whole heating system down and it was replaced with a new condensate pump and everything was completed in an hour and five minutes, great job I would give more than five stars if it was possible. My wife and I are senior citizens and need the air conditioning. For our comfort and medical problems. I called Eastern Shore, spoke to Mariann. Who was personable and demonstrated her expertise. The following day, Steve, their esteemed specialist arrived and Inspected the system finding a frozen coil. The next day, the coil had returned to normal, Steve adroitly cleaned.

The coil and recharged the system with refrigerant. The charge was reasonable as well. If the A/C or heat ever has a problem I am secure that Eastern Shore will fix it ASAP. This is a positive recommendation.

Eastern Shore scheduled a visit for my AC not providing enough coolness. They called to confirm the appointment timing, arrived on time, did a complete assessment of the situation. Brought the AC unit up to spec and charged Avery fair price. The technician was one of the best professional and courteous folks zi have ever met. Just a great experience to resolve my issue.

Converted from electric to gas, replaced the air-conditioning as well. Did an excellent job! Very professional. Tom, one of the salesman, explained the process and answered all my concerns. A great company, and a fantastic group of employees! The office staff was very helpful as well, relaying my messages to the installation crew. I am very happy with my installation and the company.

Over last 2 years got 3 quotes, best found I intended to confirm with this summer, Carrier dealer, price went up dramatically twice just this year. When finally deciding to replace HVAC system, a neighbor who just used Eastern recommended them highly. Found their pricing even a bit lower or same than Lennox via Costco with their cash back card deal.

All technicians prompt and professional. Only issue was got overly zealous cleaning up and threw out some water softener and central vac parts I removed to be out of the way of their work. But they promptly agreed to replace them at their cost before I even had a chance to ask for resolution. Small consolation for how well they executed the work and left everything better than when they first showed up. Salesperson, office staff and lead tech very courteous, helpful and friendly. Many service companies should take a lesson from Eastern on customer service excellence.
