I found Firstline on Yelp and Alex came right over. I had some companies say they could not install a keypad on my door as the unit was too old and some would not even come out unless I paid an over $100 service charge. Alex installed the keypad within 30 minutes and for the same price as other "service" charges. he also inspected the unit for free. it was very refreshing and I will be using them anytime I need servicing!

There is no good time for a garage door to fail and this morning, one of the 3 torsion springs on my 16 foot wooden door broke.
The reviews for Firstline Garage Door Repair are spot on. I called them at 8:45, they arrived at 10 and done with the repair by 11. They upgraded the springs to better carry the heavy wooden door load, lubricated all moving parts and all is in working order again. These guys are pro's and great to work with.

When our garage was malfunctioning, I called Alex and he agreed to come the same day. Everything with Alex was top notch. Needed my garage motor replaced as it was working only intermittently. Alex was able to get out to my home quickly and discussed options with me at very reasonable rates. Was knowledgeable and not pushy. He noted my rollers were corroding which I had not noticed but upon inspection, it was clear they were. Got the job quick and was very professional. New system works great and is much quieter. My garage door was in need of replacement, and my opener was not operating properly. I sent out a few estimate requests, and did receive some replies. However Alex from Firstline stopped by my home, evaluated my problem(s), and we discussed options and a timetable for removal and installation of a new door and hardware. When my new door and parts arrived Alex called me to set up an installation date. I mentioned that I was having a problem with my opener, and he stopped by my home, made some adjustments to my opener, and we setup up an install date. There was no charge for this service call! Alex was punctual, showed me what he was going to do, completed installation without a problem, and charged me exactly what he had quoted to me weeks earlier. He took away all of the old hardware, and even swept my entire garage floor once he was finished. If you want to help a small businessman who is honest, punctual, extremely competent, and does not try to sell anything to you unnecessarily, do yourself a favor.
