Michael did everything.he was asked to do and did it in a very professional manner. And thank you for getting him out here so quickly to get our leak fixed.

The after hours service went like clock work. When I called the service took my information and the tech responded back with 10 minutes and exsplained the process and the fees along with giving me a available time because he was on another job. Once finshed with the other job the tech called to let me know arrival time and was there in that time. Once at my house he explained what was going on and was very professional and fixed the problem. Great tech.

Daniel came to my clients house outside of Marshfield and he was very polite and let my client know everything he was doing. Thank you

Had an issue with the toilets not flushing at my daughters home. We had called another company, who does a fair share of advertising locally, and let's just say they caused more problems than the fixed. They managed to twist off a 5/8" cable in the drain line and weren't able to get it out. Fast forward to this morning, 10/5. Called Reed's yesterday afternoon and they scheduled Daniel to come to the house this morning to look at the problem. Daniel was able to get the cable dislodged just by pulling on it.

The other company left a bid of $1200 to "excavate and repair a brake" in the drain line. Daniel starts looking around. Crawls under the house, goes inside to see what was happening, worked some at trying to get the line unclogged and had no luck. He then went to the manhole in the back yard and found the city sewer main full of water! "This is a city problem, not a drain line problem for you.

No charge!" Daniel called the city and got them out to clear their main. Daniel didn't stop there. He returned back by the house and checked to be sure the line from the house was flowing and the main was flowing! Who does that?!?! That's customer service like it should be. Reed's has now EARNED my plumbing business. Please pass along my gratitude to Daniel!

Update today10/12/22 : Dave came and installed a new water heater very kind and knowledgeable and was able to get this water heater in a very tight space (kudos )And Reeds gave a much better price on this service than several other companies in town. 2021: Wayne Oz came out this morning very friendly very pleased with my service thank you so very much

Two men arrived when scheduled, wiped their feet before entering, and promptly went to work. A short time later the pipes were unobstructed, area was cleaned, and smiles were enjoyed by all. Thanks for the professional service guys! Service:Drain cleaning

Fantastic service! Charlie was quick to come out and give us a quote. Which we accepted because it was affordable. Charlie did quality work, he was very professional and courteous. The new toilet and vanity are now installed and he ran the rough end plumbing to the exisiting lines. Will recommend.

Reeds converted my wood fireplace to gas this week. I couldn't have been more pleased. They came out and quoted the day after my call and came in at $850 less than the first quote I had. They started work the day after that and the tech that performed this was as professional as anyone I could have hoped for. I had 90 feet of gas pipe installed, along with 2 outside shutoff valves and an inside valve next to the fireplace, in the floor, controlled by a key. Looks great! Finally, they sent a city inspector out the next day to ensure everything was done up to code. Warm fuzzies for me. Thanks, Reeds!

Brent and Justin were great! Competent, considerate and effective. Found and fixed leak in water supply system, excavated in wet ground and left very little mess. Highly recommended!

They cleaned our sewer out which had not been done in who knows how long and he did a great job considering the mess it was.

Kevin Robb was my service tech. He returned my after-hours call promptly, showed up at my residence in 30 minutes, repaired a hot water heater outlet leak and fixed my Piezo ignition circuit. I called about getting my septic tank pumped and less than 90 minutes later they were at my house! They were very friendly and we will use again because of their quick response!

I called on Wednesday got a estimate Charlie came out Thursday got my sink & disposal installed looks great and price I paid was less than estimate so I was pleasantly surprised. Second time I've used them and have been happy with both installations.

Reed's Plumbing did a fantastic job! I had previously had Roto-Rooter out to my house to clear out my sewage pipes and they didn't fix the problem, charged me $300 and preceded to tell me the fix would cost me $2,300! So I had Ree's come out to my house and they fixed my sewage problem in less than 2 hours and only charged me $150! They were quick and knew exactly what they were doing! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Reeds Plumbing was extremely attentive and quick to provide estimates for a damaged septic tank. They understood the customers concerns and were extremely proactive in pulling permits and commencing work.

Excellent experience with the plumbers from this locally owned and operated company. We learned a lesson the hard way to stay with the company who has served us well in the past. The plumbers who worked in our home, Matt & Wayne, were very professional and honest in their assessment of our problem. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be. Wonderful experience with Reeds! Brandon and Tony? and Tracy? were awesome. did the work and went above and beyond to replace the sewer line. reasonable pricing also! stuck to the quote and let me know what was happening even though i had to be at work! Definitely my go to plumbers. have used them on smaller jobs previously and was happy with the outcome and honesty! also their call service and office manager were very helpful and understanding!

Great service from Reed's Plumbing and Excavating on a Friday afternoon. I was digging to where I thought a tree root was blocking the sewer line and discovered a septic tank box. I called Reed's a little before 3:00 p.m. and they came out and verified that I was connected to the sewer line and cleaned my line before 5:00 p.m. for the normal plumber charge.
