Excellent service. This company helped me when my kitchen flooded. Not a fun time to need a plumber, but when you do you want someone who can lend a helping hand. I've got them working on other things now to prevent such mishaps in the future. Highly suggest ALL new homeowners give them a call and have them inspect your home immediately after you close and preferably right before or just after you move in!

Great customer service and communication. The plumber who came out was friendly and professional. He finished the job on time and under budget.

I live in MT. Desperate for honesty from a professional, I called Straight Shooter located across state lines due to their high customer review rating. Steve did a tele-assessment and sent his crew out next day. That crew, Brandt and Nick, worked tirelessly into the night to fix all the shoddy work that had been done by other plumbing crews. Though I am far away and must pay a travel fee, I am reluctant to even consider another plumber ever again. For those of you in my area (Sanders County, Montana), consider this crew. They are worth every penny!

Thanks to Rick, Nick, Jake, JJ and RJ for tackling a main drain line leak buried in our crawl space. They handled it like the professionals they are. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a job well done. Services:Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair

When you have a backed up kitchen sink everything stops. Of course it always happens on a weekend. We contacted Straight Shooter Plumbing on Sunday and they scheduled us for the next day. We called them because we had called them once before to replace a broken hot water tank (on a weekend) and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and got straight to work. We had a plugged drain on a sink with a garbage disposal.

During inspection it was determined the clog was indeed inside the disposal and the guys were able to clean it out and get the whole thing working again. Both guys were very professional courteous and took great care to keep everything clean and dry. I was extremely happy with the quick response, the work performed and the fair pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

Moved a well filter from under my house to the side of it so that I didn't have to crawl under the house (with all the spiders) anymore. NIck was a super friendly guy and did a first rate job even though there was a few problems dealing with old piping to fit with new piping. I couldn't be happier with the job performed that day. Thank you Straight Shooter Plumbing.

Opening up home after winter closure resulted in broken main water valve. Contacted Straight Shooter Plumbing for emergency situation on a weekend. They sent out Technician Jacob Love within hours of my call. Jacob was very professional. Very satisfied customer.

Working with Steve and Nick was a pleasure. They were clear about the solution to the problem I had here, told me what to expect and delivered. No surprises. Their work was clean, and when they were done left no trace/cleanup. I highly recommend them if you are in need. I've dealt with enough contractors in my life to know when you find a great one, you grab onto them and don't let them go. They have a customer for life with me.

We called Steve around 2:00 PM due to our toilet not flushing right. He was at our house by 3:00 PM to take care of the problem! I would definitely recomend using straight shooter for your plumbing needs!

Steve was very expeditious, upbeat, & professional. We've been without a washing machine for almost 2 weeks. The new one arrived today & the delivery guys refused to bring it in the house because our water valve was corroded. I contacted Steve, he came right over & replaced them for us. I highly recommend Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter!

Steve, with Straight Shooter Plumbing, does excellent work! Plus, he is very nice and professional which is equally important. He was very prompt when our water restoration project manager (JJ with AllKlean) reached out to him. He came right over and helped fix a couple leaks under our sink. He fully replaced the pipes and valves. After completing the repair, we explained we'd like to consider having him back to help with some other projects.

He gave us estimates on upgrades like moving our water shut off valve to the garage and adding a water filtration system and or a water softener. He can also extend our bathroom from one sink bowl to two sink bowls. Both of these would be lovely upgrades. I'd highly recommend Steve to help you with your plumbing needs! Great guy and great service.
