John Fox replaced a shut off valve inside my house that was not shutting off the water all the way. It was still leaking water into my sprinkler system outside. He replaced the shut off valve in no time but he suggested that I have the sprinkler company come out again and re-blow out my sprinklers because water had gotten into the system again. I would have never thought to do that. Things would have been a real mess in my yard come spring if he had not suggested I do that! Thank you John!

After 25 years in my house, it is ready for several upgrades, and AJ Danboise is able to cover all four major infrastructure areas, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. I joined their service club recently, and have had several technicians work on my home in the past month. First was a plumber to install the water line to my new refrigerator.

Then John and Robert installed and upgraded the electrical panel, and installed a trip switch so I can run a generator the next time DTE goes down. They also moved and rewired a light switch for me that was in the way of a new appliance. Martin came to inspect my air conditioner as part of the service club plan and did a thorough and excellent job. Jeremy came independently as a specialist in HVAC to recommend and review with me replacement options. Jamie and Todd installed a new air conditioning unit, furnace and smart thermostat in one day. Andrew the manager stopped by during the afternoon to make sure everything was going smoothly and had me sign rebate forms to DTE and Consumers Energy that were all pre-filled for me.

The office staff facilitated real-time communications between the customer and the technicians on the road via both phone and text. All technicians that visited my home were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and intelligent, efficient and clean, as well as friendly. I wish I had found AJ Danboise 25 years ago. For the last few years AJ Danboise has been our go to for any HVAC / EE issues. The technician did a thorough job investigating my AC problem (wasn't turning on) and repaired it. He then tested his fix and discovered a second problem after about 6 minutes. He returned as promised the next day with that new part and completed the repair successfully. I thus avoided a second service call. Mike was polite and professional, and even went around the house to enter from the back although this was more inconvenient.

Dave came over within an hour of calling to inspect our sump pump and write up a quote. When we didn't commit right away, he wasn't phased and didn't hassle us. DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasn't a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasn't sure they could do it.

His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts). Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. They're a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the "guy" everyone knows when they've "got a guy" but you're paying for professionalism and quality. I'll definitely call them again.
