When we responded to a TV ad special for $99 to clean and service our AC unit we expected the usual bait and switch or upsell of unnecessary repairs. We were completely wrong and very impressed with this company. They did a very thorough and excellent job. We ended up signing up for the service contract at $19.a month and it has been the best investment for our home. They have came out three times since then and Star Wars our air conditioner, checked our plumbing, and their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these people.

Dominique with on-time experts heating air and plumbing was an excellent service technician. He walked me through the entire precess, kept me informed and did a great job.

Tyler and his team were awesome. They answered our questions and kept us informed on everything they were doing. They made sure everything was done with professionalism. We enjoyed having them around.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an AC technician/Manager George and his group of trainees-Logan and Koby, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.

The lead technician/manager George, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He took the time to educate both me and his trainees, ensuring they understood each step of the process while maintaining excellent service and efficiency.

The trainees were attentive, respectful, and eager to learn. Under the guidance of their mentor/manager, they worked together seamlessly and handled everything with care.

Its rare to see such a strong mix of experience, professionalism, and mentorship in one visit. I highly recommend this team George, Koby and Logan for anyone needing AC services. Youll not only get quality work but also support the development of the next generation of top-tier technicians.

First and foremost the hospitality they showed us was unbelievable!! It made us feel like we knew them for years and on top of that the service was incredible they fixed our unit that we thought it was irreparable will definitely be the first call I make every time for air conditioning repair!

Jon was incredible and probably the best technician we have ever had in our home. He excelled in everything and was very knowledgeable.

Bernie came out to do annual maintenance. He explained what exactly what he was there to do. He properly cleaned inside the blower housing and took the time to remove all the leaves from inside outdoor unit. I will ask for Bernie as my preferred tech every time.

Angel is amazing! Just had OTE come out for routine maintenance and Angel was very thorough and professional. He was very patient, answering every question. He wasnt in a rush to hurry and complete the job, he took his time leaving my unit immaculate. Highly recommend OTE, and Angel for the tech! Thank you!

George came to my house on time and looked at every inch of my unit. He cleaned all parts and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me recommendations that would prolong life of my compressor and other stuff. He was extremely professional and friendly. The staff was so easy to work with. The plumbers were about to explain exactly what was needed and provide a timeline for repair. Great experience, called in the morning about my heater not working and Joey was here in about an hour. Joey was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me information about my heater that I didnt know. I have so many good things to say about the assistance I received. Kirstie helped me schedule my appt, throughly walked me thru every step of the maintenance plan I signed up for. Was very sweet and helpful the entire time. She kept me informed of my appt and my tech arrival. Once Kyle arrived he was very respectful, and explained everything perfectly. He was very respectful of my home even when he had to get muddy. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

The service technician, Marco, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned both my units, the inside unit and outside unit, including the furnaces. Our prior company did not clean as thoroughly.

Marco was courteous and did something I havent seen before: he cleaned up after himself even vacuuming the floor where a little insulation from the attic had fallen.

Marco pointed out two things that he recommended we keep an eye on and recommended we correct. He took apart the systems and cleaned everything, including the internal blower fan that was pretty dirty.

I would recommend the On Time Experts without hesitation as the value is truly there along with the technical expertise.

George was "On Time" and definitely an "Expert". It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem with my heating unit, and only a few more to fix it. Very respectful. I hope I don't have any issues in the future, but if I do, I want him as my technician.

George of OTE arrived exactly when he was scheduled. He was professional and courteous. George diagnosed the issue with my heating system, fixed the problem, and made sure the system continued to function properly. He provided excellent service.

Barry (spelling?) was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He diagnosed what the problem was very quickly and explained everything in a manor that made me feel comfortable and good about what was going on. The repair was made quickly but there was a bigger problem that required more coolant than he had, he had to come back but fixed it quickly two days later.

And since I am a monthly member it didn't cost me a dime, even though he had to put in a total of 9 lbs of coolant. He was exceptional and deserves high praises for his professionalism and courteousy.

As a first-time user of this service company, l was very impressed. Justin, the service person is extremely good: knowledgeable, precise, and works very quickly. He is also polite, respectful, and willing to answer questions with explanations of what is being done and why. I definitely would consider myself as satisfied and would use this company again if needed.

Aude was great! He was stepping in to a repair already in progress started ny Charles. We had to order parts to finish the job. Charles and Aude had great communication so there was no confusion. He installed the parts quickly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. I also worked with Lily on the office, she was friendly, smart and efficient. They arrived quickly and did everything possible to resolve the HVAC issue immediately. Gabe was both pleasant and professional. This is an update to my original review: What started out as a reasonably straight forward repair turned into a repair nightmare. Apparently the replacement motor that was installed was defective and burned up a number of components all through the system.

It took 4 days and countless hours of labor by George, Fabian, and Gilbert but they got everything back in order and running perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their dedication and dealing with a cranky (overheated) old man to boot. My 5 star rating still holds. Thanks!

We had an unexpected clog in our drain. They came out the same day I called, had everything fixed in no time, and didn't overcharge us. Payton was the person who helped us. He did a wonderful job, and was super professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a very lovely experience with the two gentlemen, Jose and Liam, who came to fix my broken AC unit. They quickly found the cause of the issue, broke down the different pricing plans and what the membership would offer, and made it easy to figure out what plan of action would be best. On Time Experts were professional, fast, and provided the best service I've ever had from any repair company. I had my a/c go down on Thursday night. They were able to send a tech out an hour after calling. He was professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and was able to get me back up and running shortly. I have an older unit so he was honest about potential issues I may face in the future and did a great job explaining everything. Couldn't recommend enough.

Jerad was the technician sent to perform service on my AC today. He was very courteous, respectful, and thoughtful. He was very thorough when performing his diagnostics and reporting on his findings. He also went way above and beyond when he asked if I needed any odd job help with anything around the house. He actually moved/shifted the desk in my office enough so I can now sit and play my piano. Not only is he a good A/C technician, but he is a kind man too. Job well done, Jerad!

Collin did a great job trying to fix our a/c outside unit. Unfortunately it was beyond saving (18 years old and in bad shape.). The good news was the cost of repairs was applied to the new system I had installed the next day. The dispatcher, Holly, kept me informed of where the crew was and when they would arrive. I'm really pleased with everything the On-Time Experts did for our home!

Katie is an absolute rockstar! Our AC went out late on a Sunday night with these crazy high temps. They dispatched Collin out who was so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly! I had a drain line clog in my washer line. Alex R. Came out. Got to my house in less than an hour. He was super professional. Explained everything along the way, best plumbing experience I've had by far, no comparison. Once he got that taken care of, he took a look at my water hose line that had busted and recommended replacement options for that as well. Will definitely be going forward with Alex and the on-time experts from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

I had a troublesome install, and some performance issues that followed. I can attest that On Time Experts has absolutely lived up to their "whatever it takes" promise.
