Working with Greg and the Landen Design team creating the design for an acessory suite for my in-laws has been a great experience. They have made it easy, supported us with the requirements for the county and gotten the information to us when we needed it. We are looking forward to the build over the summer and the grand revel in the fall.

After dealing with 2 other companies that consistently let us down, we luckily found Greg at Landen Designs. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him as we moved from initial ideas to design and drawings to applying for the development permits. Greg is always there to answer any questions (and there have been plenty) and always gets back to us with answers or suggestions.

And the most shocking part of all of this is he has yet to ask for any sort of payment throughout the design phase. Once we get the approvals from the county, we will be looking forward to completing this project with Greg and his team.

We hired Greg and his team to design the addition to our home, and to build the addition. We are adding over 1,000 square feet, and redoing much of the interiors as well. We are now about half-way through the process with them. We didn't pay Landen Design a penny until we got both our development and building permits, and broke ground - he never asked for a deposit or any payment until he secured plans for us and got full city approval.

I have found Greg to be communicative, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. I have heard horror stories from friends that are building and renovating homes. None of that has thus far been our experience, far from it. Greg goes out of his way to save us money, and is very up-front about how he is compensated. I really appreciate the open-approach. He has done this for 40 years, so he knows how things should work, and we rely on him to deal with the process because we trust him. I would 100% recommend.

We approached Landen design for both an addition to an existing executive home and an outbuilding complete with workshop and a vehicle lift. It was critical both projects match an existing structure. This work turned out to be more complicated than initially thought - but we were reassured with the Landen folks ability to work with the county to obtain the required permits and engineering letters to make our project move forward and they followed through.

There was frequent communication with us as we moved through the design stage and the renderings far exceeded our expectations as our ideas took shape. The years of experience Landen Design provides was obvious as the project moved forward. We consulted other potential builders but the combination of Landen's experience, frank honesty, and proven track record made us confident we chose the correct company for our projects. You will not be disappointed by choosing Landen Design.

I consulted with Greg on a house foundation design in Canmore, and questions on a new house build. It was nice to have a company answer the phone and be generous with his professional advice and insights. If we end up doing a build in the future, will definitely check back with them.

Greg Genereux remodelled my kitchen in January 2020. His quality, workmanship, and service were all first rate. So was the price. I also appreciated the home maintenance advice he shared on topics unrelated to his project. What can I say? This man is the ultimate pro. Highly recommended!
