What a fantastic shop. WAY bigger than I would have expected, and a LOT more stock than I could have imagined. Really nice employees, took me for a quick tour and I really couldn't believe how many items they had. For a small town, this place is a bit of a gem. Will return again.

Called Sierra Flooring for a flooring issue within our restaurant. Elisabeth and Garret were fast at responding to our request and had great suggestions to fix something that wasn't their original work. The Sierra team came back out in a timely manner to fix our tile work, were great at communicating and, working within the restaurant requirements. Highly Recommend!

Brilliant! I had the best experience from start to finish. Dean was professional, great with communication, and very knowledgeable. He recommended a beautiful product that we are so happy with. Our install Russ was top-notch! He did a perfect job and even took less time than we thought he would! What a rare surprise when it comes to anything construction. Russ even complimented the product and said that it was a beautifully constructed Luxury Vinyl Plank and that we will be very happy with it. Not a single negative thing to say about this team. If you ever need flooring Dean should be the only person you call!

Excellent work done by Sierra. Ryley came onsite and reviewed what we wanted and took all the measurements. Fred did the install and he was great. He spent a lot of time reviewing the layout to make sure he had the tiles arranged for the best look at corners and edges before he began the install. I cut one tile on my own before I realized this was a job for the professionals.

From design/picking out colors to the installation Sierra was fantastic. Brandon the installer was awesome already have had comments on the tile floor work. Highly recommend Sierra Flooring in fact we are already planning an upgrade to the bathroom that will need tile and planning to use Sierra again!

What a great experience! From their state-of-the-art massive showroom, to the personal service, we were thrilled with Sierra Flooring. All we were doing was a renovation of our ensuite but Elisabeth made the process so simple and gave us great confidence in our choices!
