Our garage door spring broke over the weekend. Access got me in super quick for a repair. Experience with this company was prompt, efficient, and we received a good product. They came to do the service within 3 days and the installation of our new motor took alittle over an hour. The technician was courteous while I was navigating teleworking from home. I hired them for the job after another company gave me the run around, so it was refreshingly professional.

Our garage door spring broke and we couldn't get our car out of the garage. I called Access Garage after an internet search. This company was WONDERFUL to work with and the repair workers were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and worked us in on the same day. Brian is awesome. Changed out 3 2010 chain driven openers for 3 belt driven and completely quieted my home. Very pleased with the service. I had a power outage shortly thereafter and he texted 3 minutes after I texted him with the solution to what I thought was an opener problem. As the owner, he showed up in the beginning, walked me through it and came back at the end to put up the last door himself and to do testing with me. Again I would highly recommend him.
