Carpet Cleaning
Our Oscillating Pad Extraction method deeply cleans carpets using minimal moisture, removing stubborn stains and allergens while preserving fiber integrity. The process leaves carpets dry in under two hours, reducing re-soiling compared to traditional steam cleaning. Ideal for high-traffic residential and commercial spaces, this service extends carpet lifespan and improves indoor air quality.
Oriental Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for antique and area rugs using gentle, pH-balanced solutions that protect delicate fibers and dyes. Rugs are cleaned on-site or at our facility to ensure thorough soil removal without damage. This service revitalizes colors, eliminates odors, and maintains the value of handcrafted textiles.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Deep cleaning removes embedded grime and residue from hardwood surfaces without excessive water, preventing warping or finish damage. Our process restores natural luster and applies protective sealants to prolong shine. Suitable for both residential and commercial wood flooring in high-visibility areas.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Efficient cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities using low-moisture technology that allows immediate use post-service. Targets high-traffic zones and removes contaminants that standard vacuuming misses. Enhances workplace aesthetics and meets health compliance standards.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-powered extraction removes deeply embedded dirt from tile and grout surfaces, followed by sealing to resist microbial growth. Effective for kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways where porous surfaces accumulate stains and bacteria. Restores original appearance with minimal disruption.

I had an emergency need for the cleaning of an Persian rug Due to a puppy's bad habits. I called in the morning and simply clean worked me in that afternoon and my problem was absolutely solved. It was quick and easy, efficient and well done. When my place had actual wall to wall instead of hardwood. and this was several years ago. They did an equally superb job. Ted Borecki and his crew are the best!

Wow! Nice job and a nice guy. Professional, on time in and out! Big difference from those other guys that come in with a long hose to water-log your floors breaking down fibers and aging your carpets. He did it the way I would have, nice and gentle. Great process, almost dry when he left in a pleasant neutralizing air. The best! Thanks! Mike & Ginger

Very personable and genuinely nice guy. Cleaning was very quick. We love that the rug didn't feel sticky or like it had any residue on it, which I think can be attributed to the product he used. We are extremely happy with the service and will be using them again once we are moved into our new home! Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family!

This was by far the best cleaning job anyone has done on our carpets, and I've used several companies in the past. I purchased a deal on Angie's List because of the many excellent reviews the company has received. Also, there was zero chemical odor from having the carpets deodorized and protected, not what I've been used to from other companies' chemicals. This is the first "green" carpet cleaning company we've used and it really made a difference.

If you're looking for a carpet cleaning service and don't know where to turn, stop looking - you've found the best! I had Simply Clean to my home today and what a difference a few minutes can make when you hire the right company! My carpets and area rug look brand new and it was done quickly, efficiently, and with no chemical smell. I use a Dyson vacuum every week, so I think I keep things clean, but wow, it's a whole different level of clean now! This place does it RIGHT.
