Super!! From the time I called 'Insectek' to the inspection and estimate, to the finished work, I was HAPPY to do business with this company.
Pleasant, cordial, friendly and conscientious is how I would describe my 'Termite guy'. Yes, Eric, who gave me the estimate and termite treatment was a sheer joy to have work on my critter problem. He was also patient with all my questions. Thanks again Eric. I had first gotten an estimate from Orkin, and their pricing seemed worth getting another estimate. I was glad I asked a coworker, who is a Realtor, if he had a recommendation

I am very impressed with the customer service and technical staff of this company. They are very helpful and professional. They treated my house two years back. When I called them last week they renewed my warranty and scheduled an appointment immediately.. the technician came on time and took care of the needed service. I am going to use them for my future work. Their service is highly recommended.

Great experience with Insectek so far! We recently moved to AZ and was looking for a Pest Control company to do preventive services. I contacted them via their web page and got a call from Bryce the same day. He was very nice and explained all the options available. Everything was very easy and we were able to schedule the first visit within a week. Tyler just came in today, he was on time, very professional and also very nice!

I set up a quarterly service with them. They schedule their teams to come out at specific times, which is helpful for planning. The customer service is great. I have had a few pests show up and they come back out to take care of it quickly which I appreciate
