Pelle installed our ductless heating and air. We loved it until we needed to use the air conditioner. It worked great for one day. Then it stopped working. It was a crazy heat wave and it took them 2 weeks to come out (they have one repair guy). By the time they came out it was cool out and the unit worked again. It just seems to die in the heat. We are now in another heat wave. The unit worked for one day and died again. They said that they cannot come out for another 4 days. It is currently in the high 90s and we have a $16,000 non-working unit. By the time they come out the heat wave will be

Used Pelle twice to install separate ductless mini units. Both times Robert was my consult. Came to the house and had good recommendations and seemed to know what would work best. Even remembered who I was over the phone before coming out the second time, and this was over a year later. The install team was prompt and on time for both jobs and they were friendly and didn't mind my general questions and curiosity ( I do general handyman work so it's nice to learn from trade professionals)
