Services
Trenchless Sewer Repair
Our trenchless sewer repair utilizes Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining to restore damaged pipelines without excavation. This method involves inserting a resin-coated liner into existing pipes, which hardens to create a durable, joint-sealing replacement. Ideal for repairing cracked clay, corroded cast iron, or failing Orangeburg pipes, this solution preserves landscapes while extending pipeline lifespan by decades. The process typically completes within 1-2 days with minimal property disruption.
Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting employs water pressurized up to 4,000 PSI to clear blockages and buildup from drain lines. This eco-friendly method effectively removes tree roots, grease, mineral deposits, and other obstructions from 2-12 inch diameter pipes. We use it as both a standalone cleaning solution and preparatory step before pipe lining. The process restores optimal flow capacity while identifying structural issues needing repair, suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.
Directional Drilling
Directional drilling installs new underground utilities along curved paths using surface-launched equipment. Our 100-ton capacity HDD machine handles pipe installations up to 16 inches in diameter, ideal for crossing beneath roads, rivers, or buildings. This method avoids surface disruption while maintaining precise installation angles. Applications include water line replacements, conduit installations, and utility crossings where traditional excavation would cause significant damage or delays.
Video Inspection
Our CCTV video inspections use waterproof cameras to navigate sewer lines and identify issues like cracks, root intrusions, or misaligned joints. The system provides real-time HD footage with precise location mapping, enabling accurate diagnosis of problems in 2-12 inch diameter pipes. This non-invasive assessment helps determine whether repairs require lining, hydro jetting, or targeted excavation, ensuring cost-effective solutions backed by visual documentation.
Pipe Bursting
Pipe bursting replaces old, damaged pipelines by fracturing existing pipes while pulling in new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) replacements. This trenchless method maintains original pipe alignment while upgrading to corrosion-resistant materials. Suitable for sewer and water lines 2-12 inches in diameter, the process completes in hours rather than days with minimal surface restoration needed. It's particularly effective for collapsed or severely deteriorated piping systems.

Can't say enough about Ryan at Affordable Trenchless. I had another company snake my mothers clogged sewer line. Company recommended an $800 hydro jet and possibly a multi thousand dollar bursting would be needed. I called Affordable Trenchless and Ryan came out first thing the next morning. Ryan informed me that he thought the sewer line was likely a line that the City of Sacramento was responsible for, and that I should call 311 and the city would check, before hiring someone to repair. I called and the city came out two hours later and confirmed they were in fact responsible for the

Ryan, from Affordable, is a very knowledgeable, considerate and honest plumber. During our remodeling, our toilet plumbing was backing up into the tub. Our general contractor sent a plumbing company over and they snaked and camera snaked our cleanout pipe. They showed us how the pipe was snapped in two at two places and how the sides of the pipe were deteriorating. The estimate was $30,000. But they checked with their boss and he was willing to give us a huge discount of $12,000 cuz we're such nice people. Hmm... red flag! I called Affordable and Ryan came out the next morning, camera snaked

I purchased a new home and hired this company to do the sewer inspection. They use the latest technology to inspect the full length of the sewer pipe and even posted the video online so I could see it. They discovered a huge break in the line and did a fantastic job replacing the broken portion. They did a great job returning the landscaping back to the original state after they completed the repair as well as cleaned up all around the area by cleaning off the driveway and returning everything to its original location. The repaired area developed a sink hole with all the rains. I was worried I

I wish there were more stars to give. The world needs more people like Ryan. He gave me an honest evaluation of my sewer concluding that I didn't need any work. Whereas the other companies were trying to nickel and dime me quoting me 15k for a sewer line that didn't actually need to be replaced. So refreshing to have an honest person out there.
