Services
Residential Carpet Cleaning
Our residential carpet cleaning service utilizes advanced steam cleaning technology to remove deep-seated dirt and allergens from NYC homes. We employ eco-friendly solutions that protect children and pets while restoring carpet fibers to like-new condition. Each treatment includes pre-treatment of stains, hot water extraction, and protective coating application to extend carpet lifespan.
Commercial Carpet Maintenance
Designed for NYC businesses, our commercial carpet maintenance ensures professional environments maintain pristine appearance. The service includes scheduled deep cleaning, spot treatment protocols, and traffic lane restoration to combat high foot traffic. Our non-invasive methods allow cleaning during off-hours with rapid drying times to minimize business disruption.
Eco-Friendly Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for area rugs using biodegradable solutions that preserve delicate fibers and vibrant colors. Our process combines manual cleaning techniques with controlled drying environments to prevent shrinkage or damage. Free pickup and delivery service ensures convenience while maintaining the integrity of valuable rugs.
Pet Odor Elimination
Targeted odor elimination system that destroys pet urine crystals at the source rather than masking smells. The three-stage process includes enzyme treatment, deep steam cleaning, and antimicrobial application to prevent recurrence. Safe for pets and effective on multiple carpet types in residential settings.
Upholstery Restoration
Professional upholstery cleaning that extends furniture lifespan while maintaining fabric integrity. Our technicians use pH-balanced cleaners suitable for various materials including microfiber and delicate silks. The process removes embedded soils, treats stains, and applies protective barriers to resist future soiling in both residential and commercial environments.

Carpet Cleaning NYC cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom and dressing area and our runners. I noticed stains on our carpets so I called Carpet Cleaning NYC and was assured they would make it right, and they did! Exactly what we needed, the carpets in both rooms now look like the day they were installed. We will be using them again

I am very particular about cleaning our carpets. That being said, we couldnt believe how much effort they put into everything they touched! We have tried several other services which as it turns out only gave us some basis of comparison. Our home is sparkling clean! I will use them again.

A very thorough job was done on my carpets that needed a deep cleaning. It had been too long between cleanings and i was worried the carpet was too stained and damaged, but it now looks beautiful! Carpet Cleaning NYC responded promptly, was available that week and paid special attention to all the little details we requested. The customer service and responsiveness was top notch and would recommend them to anyone who would like carpet cleaning.

They did a phenomenal job on my whole home. I was very impressed with the Carpet Cleaning NYCs professionalism and courtesy. They vacuumed, pretreated areas that had high traffic, protected and helped shift furniture out of the way, and were hard working and friendly. If you want your carpets deep cleaned and not just a light dust removal, hire them. We cant get over how immaculately clean our carpet is!

Exceptional and very detailed oriented service. Six of our area rugs needed cleaning- three large, two runners and a small circular rug downstairs. They were pretty dirty with pet and coffee stains as we didn't maintain upkeep throughout the pandemic.. We are thrilled with our clean rugs! Thanks for a job well done!

I've had my carpet cleaned many, many times but they are the best I have used. Carpet Cleaning NYC was very professional and provided quality service. It was a bit last minute but we need a deep cleaning after a remodel, and they did a superb job cleaning every area in the house! I would definitely request their services again.
