Staff was helpful, although I was kind of slipped into buying a bag of medium which come to find out had expired in Nov of 2020 (didn't find out till I got home to Orlando). No big deal for a growing medium unless, like me, you look for mediums with mycorrhizae inoculation, in which case they'd be dead from lack of food in their sterile bag. They were. Other than that, great hydroponics store. Lots of choices and latest advancements.
