Will I thought 2020 was crazy! 2021 has been worse for the lumber market so far. Lumber prices continue to increase. I expect prices to level out and, and at some time we will know the new normal. However I am sure the new normal will not look anything like the old normal. I am doing what I can to keep the prices posted on my website up to date.

We recently built this nice garage near Abilene, Texas. With a rock exterior it was a nice addition to the home. We worked with some of the best residential garage door professionals in the area in order to have this final result.

I started out in the construction business doing a little bit of everything. Starting in the late 80's I specialized in Portable Buildings, Decks, and Patio Covers. I owned a rather large company in the Austin, San Antonio area and my crews and I completed many projects. I have personally built portable buildings all over Texas, and a few in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama.

This building has 7' sidewalls with a total height of 11' at the center. An overhead loft storage area equal to approximately 1/2 the length of the building is included. Excellent choice for storage of household items and lawn equipment with room left over to use as a workshop. 15-16' tall two story barn.
Tiny Homes / Cabins

We offer shell Tiny Homes / cabins in the traditional gable, and two story barn style. All Tiny Homes / cabins are built on site. The tiny homes / cabins we offer are built on a concrete cinder block foundation like you would see under a mobile home. We do offer steel reinforced concrete pier foundations as well as concrete slab foundations, as an option.

Jerry came and built a 1012 small barn in my back yard in Austin. Great construction and looks great! Jerry and helper had it knocked out in about 4 hours. Very impressed. I had looked at other options and do it yourself plans, but most didn't include flooring and singles. Well worth the money! Jerry Built us a two story lofted barn style cabin.
