I was referred to them by a friend who used LA Carpet Cleaning at our condo before. I liked how the carpets came out then and I like how they came out now. Valentin told me what the carpets needed and what levels of cleaning he suggested, and he delivered on exactly what he said he was going to do. The carpets definitely look refreshed and it took only 30-40 minutes for a 100 sq ft bedroom.

I had a wonderful experience with Richard, Aaron, and LA Carpet Cleaning! Richard and Aaron were both very professional; they explained what they were doing thoroughly, especially pricing and what services were really necessary. They worked well together, and Richard was doing a great job mentoring Aaron, modeling and explaining techniques. They were a great team. The house is so clean, and having the stains caused by years of foot traffic and dog accidents disappear was such a relief! We'll certainly be following up down the line!

LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC!!! This company is truly phenomenal. Ive used them twice, once for upholstery cleaning and the second for tile and grout cleaning. Today Richard came out to clean my tile and there was a bit of discrepancy on the price, but Richard handled the issue professionally and ensured I was taken care of. Im so impressed with this company from beginning to end. The scheduling process with Gary is always pleasant and easy and all of the technicians have been amazing. Richard was absolutely great, on time, wore a mask and gloves. We had our carpets steamed with the add-on conditioning and it looks better than we could have hoped. Super easy and nice customer service on the phone as well.

Richard was an absolute professional, very friendly and got the job done with AMAZING results!!! The carpet looks brand new. I just needed one room cleaned in a 2 bdr apt and LA Carpet Cleaning saved me!! Making an appointment was easy and Richard showed up right on time and was very communicative about when he would be there.
