Dean Bjorkstrand created a comprehensive design to update our aging landscape and addressed all of our concerns unique to our property. This was a big job as we sit on 4.5 acres and have issues with erosion, water intrusion and mature trees where it is impossible to grow grass. He offered attractive solutions in his design for all of these concerns. He listened to many voices and made adjustments and/or offered possible alternatives to satisfy those voices. His crew was very respectful of our property, highly-skilled and extremely hard-working. They gave us a wonderful new stone patio, seating
