I just wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to John, Jeanette and the team at Pristine Pools! We've had them as our pool service provider for the past 5 years and they are absolutely awesome! I highly recommend them. They are locally-owned, provide full-service for your pool needs, and they actually CARE!! I will echo what Kimberly's said in her review below.. During the Feb '21 TX freeze, John also called & Facetimed with me walking me through exactly what I needed to do to save our pool pipes and spa heater as the storm was in full-effect, power gone and the entire area incapacitated

We highly recommend this locally-owned full-service pool service company. Jeanette and John are amazing and truly care about their clients. During the recent Feb 2021 Austin/Texas blizzard, John called/Facetimed with us personally to walk through the steps to protect our pool equipment from being a complete loss given we lost power for five days. They worked long hours sourcing and ordering replacement parts ahead of the rush so that we had minimal downtime. On top of this, the weekly service is exceptional and his crew is friendly and knowlegable. It is clear that they treat their employees very

Theyve been wonderful! Im very pleased with their services. Im very particular and theyve met my expectations. Pristine Pools is also very responsive to emails and had honored the requests Ive had for the next weekly visit (Ive only had one or two requests). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service!

We have had a great experience with Pristine Pools for several years. We tried several other pool companies, but Pristine is the only one who communicates well, is very knowledgeable about all facets of pool maintenance, professionally handles our equipment, and always keeps our pool looking fantastic.
