We have ~115 yr old brick house with red mortar. The porch was in questionable shape with some mason bees making homes and a split in the mortar (I could see daylight through) over a drain spout.
1. Scheduling was excellent. Jennifer was great to work with and when we had birds next on our porch a week before, they were considerate enough to move the work back. Not that anyone should expect that, but her willingness to at least try was greatly appreciated.

Theyre honestly the best in the business! Everything was so smooth. From placing a request online for a quote, to them coming out (providing references), sending me a quote within 24 hours, being able to start the project BEFORE the scheduled date, coming on a day when it SNOWED (in April) in the morning, to payment, and everything else. Theyre pricing is on point with the quality of work. I had multiple other quotes and Im so glad I went with Precision! I 100% recommend!!!!

I can't not express enough how pleased I was with every step of the process. Even during this difficult COVID times, Ryan was able to come to my house quickly to examine my chimney pointing job, and he quickly sent me an estimate in a day. Jessica, was a great communicator to get me on the schedule. Rob and his crew worked extremely hard on my very difficult and steep roof to repair my chimney. They left my place as clean as they found it. Much appreciated everyone at Precision Pointing, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so grateful for the help and understanding of persisting pointing! I was able to communicate with Jessica through text message which made the whole process really easy. We had to navigate things like rain, pandemic, and traveling just to schedule the pointing up two chimneys. Jessica was understanding about personal situations and was supportive the whole way through. She sent workers out quickly and Ryan was helpful on running through the jobs with me. I would hire them 10 times, but I really dont expect to ever hire them again, unless at a different property. Their work seems great and
