I cant say enough about how great Glenn was! He accepted our appointment request last minute, was prompt on arrival, and did an amazing job! If you need your carpets cleaned, and want it to actually be clean, Glenn and his crew are the best bet!

If there is a 0 rating, I would give a 0. I requested the service for the advertised amount. The guy told me deep cleaning is better and they'll do a great job. I agreed. They were all done in a little over an hour. Carpet was soaking wet but assured me it will be dry in a couple of hours. Wrong! It was wet for almost 2 days and when it dried up, some white Powder looking stains showed up on the stairs case and upstairs, musty nasty smell throughout the house. They came back and "re-did" it i.e, vacuumed the carpet and re-sprayed it with something and told me that was my carpet and

Arrived 1.5 hour late than the window he gave, and then wanted to charge more than the estimate he quoted. I said fine, and then he let the job without doing anything. Are you kidding me? Never work with him!

Glenn did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. We had numerous pet stains as well as normal wear from having 4 teens in the house. Glenn explained exactly what he was going to do and was very thorough with his approach. He made it very clear that he wanted us to be completely satisfied before he left. Great guy and reasonable prices!
