The only thing you are responsible for is your deductible. Should we find something else wrong with the roof while we are working on it, we will supplemental bill your insurance company. We NEVER come back to the home owner and ask for more money. My roof looks fine and I have no leaks, wouldn't I already know if I had hail and wind damage?
