Way over priced. I got the same day service through a competitor for $80, and they wanted $135 just for the service call plus their hourly rate.

We use Lancaster's a couple of times a year. They are always professional and have made sure all is working well at a reasonable price. We use normal other.

They did a really complicated geothermal job at our house, combination of retrofit and new construction under challenging circumstances and did a great job. Their twice a year maintenance calls have been a big help since.

I have used Lancaster for the past couple of years for various things. I wanted to write this review to say what a great group of people that have been to my home. They are highly knowledgeable, take the time to explain what they did and what was going on with my AC, and the most important thing, friendly. Reminds me of a quote: If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your business. Someone is taking care of the employees..will continue to use them.
