Ray is absolutely amazing. Went above and beyon his job requirements. Turns out I had electrical problems with the pumps. He sent his dad who is an electrician over to fix it. His dad is just as amazing. Then Ray came back the next day to make sure everything went well. I will never ever use anyone else for my pool. 10 stars instead of 5. That is how awesome he is.

Our pool got away from us over the winter and became unusable. We contacted Crystal Clear after a referral from another pool owner. Ray sent his team out to place and they immediately started working and had the pool pumped down within a few hours. This is not the ideal time to empty our vinyl pool as we live close to a river and have a very high water table and always worry about the water level "floating the liner" as we drain the pool and sure enough, the next morning the liner had floated up. When the team showed up that morning, they lost no time in fixing the liner by pumping the water from

I called and they came out the next day. He found what was wrong and had the parts with him to fix Immediately . He also took the extra time to explain how the panel worked and answered all my crazy questions about maintenance ( which he did not have to do)

Excellent cleaning and repair of my pool that had been abandoned by another pool company. Crystal Clear came in, assessed the problems with my pool, and then repaired the problems. Next, they got my pool sparkling clean! They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services.
