Contacted All Tech to look at my dryer that was not heating. Had a delightful conversation with Angela who discussed possible causes and was quite knowledgeable about my Samsung dryer (don't buy one). She was able to send someone out the next day. Robbie arrived as promised and luckily it was a quick fix but also good insight. I will definitely call All Tech for any future appliance repairs.

Our dryer was making a funny noise when it started, but the funny noise turned into an all-out screech and I knew I was in trouble. I don't recall exactly how I found All Tech, but I am glad I did. The person who scheduled me was very helpful, and Ravi, the technician came out and was amazing! He was on time (called to say he was on the way), professional, clean, and thorough. Ravi didn't try to up-sell me or push anything on me that we didn't need. I would call him again and highly recommend him.

I have not hired All Tech, but I called looking for a Bosch in-warranty repair (they used to do that but don't anymore) and spoke at length with someone on the phone who was generous, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. I got advice on our dishwasher even though they couldn't help us, and she took time to help me find the model number on our 21-year-old Amana and told us not to have them come because they would not be able to get parts. Then she gave us advice on how to get help without having them come. I am almost looking forward to the next appliance breaking because I know who I&apos

My refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor. I found some YouTube videos and tried to fix it myself. I saw the stellar reviews, so I called them. Ravi arrived and the first thing he did was check the airflow of my portable air conditioner on his way to the kitchen. He showed me some basic maintenance that ramped up the output, so I was happy with that. He checked out my fridge and determined that parts needed to be ordered. He gave me clear, helpful instructions to baby it along for two more days, and fixed it quickly once the parts came in. This company is so responsive, so helpful
