In 1992 Keith decided to start his own business, Schultz Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. He wanted all of his customers to know that they could trust him, so he proudly put his name on the trucks. Julia maned the phones and even helped in the field. Yes! She has been in many of the attics too. In 1999 the business had grown out of their garage and they moved to the office on Pine Island Road where we still operate today.

We are a small family owned business in need of a HVAC Service Technician, who will need to be able to service, install, and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment. Their main duties will be in Service but will also be needed to help on installations and be willing to perform general maintenance on equipment.
