We finished our kitchen remodeling within 2 months with Maya Construction. The entire project couldn't have gone more smooth. The old kitchen was completely demoed. We opened up the floor plan to extend the kitchen into the small bedroom right next to the kitchen, reconfigured the countertop layout, moved the opening into the porch, replaced a rotted-out pipe behind the kitchen wall. It was a lot of work and these guys worked non-stop and efficiently. Stanley and his crew are here on time first thing in the morning and worked long hours into the early evening. Ofer is always available if we have any questions. They're very responsive to our requests during the project, we asked if we could add an extra line of heating/cooling to the attic and it was done within that day. The kitchen came out so great, we couldn't be happier. We'd definitely be willing to come back to them for our next project.

I used Maya for a bathroom remodel. I am a repeat customer as I returned to them for the bathroom job after they had done my kitchen and basement years before. Their work is excellent, and Udi and Ofer are great communicators who keep all the pieces moving and remember even the smaller loose ends and open items. The work is quality and done so well -- they do things as they are supposed to be done, and with clean, sharp execution that makes you feel very good as the homeowner. They problem-solve as things come up, and are straight-shooters with information, options and a professional/approach. I give them my highest recommendation.

Maya did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They demo'd and removed our existing countertops, backsplash, sink, lighting, and one wall of cabinetry (including built-in fridge and wall oven), while being careful not to damage any of the cabinetry and flooring we were keeping. They installed attractive new cabinets on one side of the kitchen, along with a new fridge and microwave; did the plumbing and electrical work, and painted the walls and ceiling. The tiling job they did was really exceptional. We had a brick pattern for most of it, but they managed to integrate the herringbone pattern we wanted behind the stove, and it turned out beautifully. Ofer, Stan, and the rest of the crew were really easy to work with, worked hard, and were flexible with our schedule. I'd work with Maya again in a second.

Maya finished our basement a couple of months ago. The final product was well beyond our expectations. Udi, Ofer, and the entire crew were punctual, professional, super available and communicative, and the work they did was absolutely 5-star. I could have never gone into a full kitchen/dining/living room renovation with anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability from the start. Excellent work by all of their teams. The total tear-out of the kitchen to the studs & floor joists was completed in a couple days and the installation of new walls, ceiling, floor, electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets and appliances was completed with few delays (delays mostly because I was intermittently out of the country for a few weeks). When numerous custom alterations to various aspects of the installation were requested, they made the modifications and re-installations quickly and without undue discussion; "we're installing your kitchen design, not ours!" was their response to every alteration. These guys are good and I would use them again if I had another kitchen to renovate!

We hired Maya Construction to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, refinish our floors, install lighting fixtures, paint my entire condo, and extend a knee wall into a full wall and frame a new door. I had reached out to at least 10 highly rated contractors prior to Maya, and couldn't even get a complete quote for all of the work I wanted to do from most of them. Udi was on-site the next day and provided a complete quote for everything I had requested, and made recommendations that ended up saving me a lot of time and money.

This past summer, we had Maya extend the dormer on our two-story cape cod (Northwest Chicago) so that we could enlarge a bathroom and create secondary closet in our master bedroom. We also had them perform additional exterior work (replace all siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and roof). Everything turned out perfectly in the end.

Udi and his crew are the BEST! The cabinets in our townhouse were quite dated, falling apart, and deeper needed to be replaced. Udi was very patient in showing us many options and lots of details to consider. While designing the kitchen, he listened to our requests and offered expert advice. During the project, his foreman and crew were very punctual and tidy, and they do great work! We could not be happier with our new kitchen. Plus, they were able to complete the project in 3 weeks…just in time for Thanksgiving!

We recently used Maya Construction Group for our condo remodel in Chicago and I cannot recommend them enough! We interviewed several contractors and although Maya was not the cheapest we definitely felt they had the experience and professionalism to handle our work. Our condo association is very picky and we were worried about neighbors complaining. The guys made sure they covered the common area hallways and elevator properly. They cleaned every day to make sure there were no garbage left anywhere. Maya construction also owns Planet Cabinets which made our cabinetry and quartz counter selection
