My name is Ray Klubnik, my wife Cheryl and I own and operate Hot Tub Liquidators. As President, I thank you for this opportunity to expound on my personal history and the culture of our business. Since a very young age, I have been a member of my family business in Cleveland, Ohio. We just celebrated our 54th year in business there!
Over the years, my parents and siblings instilled core business values into me. I was taught that consistency, accountability and proper follow through paired with hard work, integrity, and business ethics are imperative for business growth and longevity. In my 22 years as Vice President of "The Spa & Fire Place" now called "The Place" in Cleveland, I was proud to be in charge of corporate sales & business development.
As a team, my family and I created several successful retail sub-divisions in our company. Through different but similar product offerings, we inspired our clients to confidently purchase multiple items and the business grew. In 1985, I championed the addition of Portable Hot Tubs to our business offer.
