Services
Marble Restoration
We restore marble surfaces through honing, polishing, and sealing to eliminate scratches, etches, and stains. Our process rejuvenates floors, countertops, and showers while preserving the stone's natural veining. Clients receive guidance on maintaining marble's luster with appropriate cleaning products.
Granite Polishing
Our granite polishing services revive dull or scratched countertops and floors using diamond honing and high-gloss sealants. We address etching caused by acidic substances and provide care instructions to sustain granite's durability and appearance over time.
Concrete Polishing
We transform concrete floors with polishing techniques that enhance durability and aesthetics. This service includes stain removal, sealing, and achieving finishes from matte to high-gloss for residential and commercial spaces seeking modern, low-maintenance flooring.
Terrazzo Restoration
Our terrazzo restoration involves stripping old wax, repolishing marble-chip surfaces, and applying eco-friendly sealants. We repair cracks and uneven areas to restore historic or modern terrazzo floors while reducing future maintenance needs.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
We deep-clean ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles using high-pressure jets and pH-neutral cleaners. Our grout sealing prevents dirt buildup, and color-sealing options refresh stained or worn grout lines for a cohesive look.

Zoltan did a fantastic job restoring our marble floors. I had initially reached out to several different companies for estimates. I knew Zoltan was the right choice from the get go because he was one of the few people who called and talked through the project. He asked a ton of questions and explained the marble cleaning process thoroughly. He ended up spending four days at our place working on the floors. They look completely new. It's worth it to pay a bit more for Zoltan to do the work you need.

I own a local chimney service business in the DC area called Bethesda Chimney. We often times have customers looking for stone restoration, stone refinishing, stone repair, etc. We have used Zoltan Stone Restoration on many of our projects and referred them to tons of our customers. Zoltan Stone is very skilled in what they do and ALL customers whom I've referred them to were very happy with the work. I highly recommend this company for any stone restoration type work that you need.

I have nothing but praise for Zoltan and the excellent job he did restoring the marble countertops in my kitchen. After 8 years of semi-neglect they were in rough shape, covered in etchings and stains. Zoltan brought them back to life and they look absolutely beautiful, I also appreciate that he responded promptly to my inquiry and made the effort to accommodate a tight deadline. His pricing is competitive. And on top of that he's courteous and pleasant. Recommended without reservation.

After a renovation, I needed to find someone fast to help fix the marble and grout ruined during the renovation. Zoltan was responsive, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! He was able to put us at ease and executed beautifully. I would recommend Zoltan to anyone who needs help restoring their marble and if I need anything stone related he would be the first person I call. Thank you again!

Zoltan came and conquered our 40+ year old Mexican Tile Floors with new, appropriate color grout, plus cleaning and repair where possible. We were surprised at the beauty which he coaxed out of the floors. We are very happy and would happily refer him for artistic repair to tile and stone.
