I called to accept and they e-mailed a contract/proposal on 1/1/14 and said through text that they would start in 2 to 3wks. I signed it and emailed it back on 1/04/14. The system works great. We had been nursing an old inadequate system for 6 years until we saved enough to replace it. The new aerobic system is fantastic and worth the money.

The state (T.C.E.Q.) requires that aerobic treatment units utilizing to have a maintenance contract/provider to routinely inspect your system. This contract is designed to protect you, your neighbors, and the environment from untreated wastewater being disposed of onto your lawn.
Real Estate Inspections
Report
MJ Septic has inspected countless septic systems for banks, buyers, sellers and realtors. All inspections will meet the criteria for VA home loans, FHA home loans, or any other type of home loan. Field/verbal reports are given at the end of the inspection and a signed inspection report reflecting the condition of the system can be emailed at the end of the business day.
