Barrett, Mike and the whole team at TriSmith Construction is a local treasure. This company is the absolute best you could hope for. These guys were extremely patient with a first-time home renovator (me), clearly explaining they whys and the whats of all the things that needed to be done and answering the hundreds of questions I had throughout the project. Our project was a complete home renovation including construction of a new 2 car garage. This project had a number of major surprises (tiny plumbing lines, asbestos in the drywall mud, etc.) that necessitated a complete reworking of the budget
