Pathway turned our old unfinished craftsman basement into an ADU. We had no prior experience with home renovations. The process could not have been more smoother and transparent from the design phase and throughout the construction phase. They worked closely with our architect to find innovative design solutions that met our goals while staying within our budget. Everything was detailed out in the scope of work, so there were no major surprises. Our lead carpenter was amazing to work with and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and the trade partners. He was exceptional

We had an excellent experience working with Pathway for our two-story addition in Mt. Baker. First of all, our house is BEAUTIFUL. We could not have asked for a better finished product. Everyone at Pathway was responsive, helpful, kind, and had amazing attention to detail. We would highly recommend this company for any project, large or small. Plus, they finished on-time and UNDER BUDGET. Basically a miracle.

The entire Pathways team exceeded our expectations at every turn. Not only were they easy and fun to work with; each member of the team knew their stuff, was prompt and courteous, and delivered high-quality products. Was our remodel more expensive than we thought it would be when it was just a dream? Sure. But the value of working with true professionals was worth every penny. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
