Barb was very nice and friendly. The office was clean and neat. The chair and equipment that I used was disinfected before my eyes. She was extremely professional and explained the results to my understanding. She answered all my questions to my liking. Most importantly, Barb didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I previously tested hearing aids somewhere else and was dissatisfied with the fit and my ability to hear. When I called Lonnie he got me an appointment right away and had hearing aids ready. He did more tests than I had previously and spent a lot of time with me. They were comfortable and I could tell a difference in my hearing. Very happy with the service I had from Lonnie.
