My wife and I hired California Home Builders for a complete remodel of our kitchen, family room, living room, downstairs flooring and master bathroom. We first met Pat Scofield at the Del Mar home show where his portfolio of projects really stood out from the rest. In 2016 we were on our way to an open house and made a wrong turn onto a street that had the most beautiful house that was under construction. We quickly called our realtor and she made arrangements to see the inside the next day. As soon as my husband and I walked in we both knew this was the house we were going to buy and we did! With most houses there are always pros and cons and compromises, but not with this house. California Builders thought of everything and there is nothing we would change. California Home Builders did a remodel of our home last summer. Our experience was fantastic every step of the way, including the final product which looks fantastic! My wife and I recently bought a fixer upper and hired California Home Builders to completely remodel it for us. Buying a house is stressful enough and adding a remodel to it makes it even worse.
