I called on late Thursday night. The owner himself answered and walked me through everything, and eased my stresses out mind. They were here Friday. They were great. Everyone of them. I left a message for Ronnie not knowing what to expect. We really weren't sure we had a septic problem but we were worried that a light was on in our septic box. He called back right away (on a Sunday) and walked me through everything on the phone. No need for him to come out and solved our problem at no cost. High respect for him.

He was on time, very knowledgeable and informed us about everything we need to know about the care and upkeep on a pump beings we just moved here 6 months ago. Excellent Customer Service and Timely Response! Words cannot express how happy I am with this company. I will remain a customer of theirs forever! On a Friday night after 5pm, I knew it would be difficult to find anyone to talk to, let alone anyone to come out and fix the problem we were having at our business. When I called First Call Septic, I was immediately transferred to their receptionist. She was kind and knowledgeable of their services. Again, First Call Septic exceeded all expectations! Septic alarm went off late last night, and they were out by 1:30pm next day to check it out - turned out we needed a new septic pump and a new float...Chris fixed it on the spot and the total bill was incredibly reasonable, even for a next-day repair!
