We had used another alarm company before Phillips and they were terrible, they could never fix a problem we had since the beginning and I was getting calls in the middle of the night saying our alarm had gone offline. As soon as I contacted Phillips, the rep came out and gave me an estimate to replace the existing alarm and it was installed fast and professionally. We've had them for about three months and have not had a problem. If I have questions, I reach out and they are always available and ready to assist. I highly recommend them!

In early to mid February I contacted Phillips for an alarm install job at my daughters home in Damascus. I told them that there was some electrical work to be done and then a Ring system to install. They told me it was no problem and put me in touch with one of their installers, Sam. I talked to Sam and he said it was no problem and even said it sounded like a pretty simple job to him. Two weeks before the job date I sent Sam via text photos of the equipment that I wanted installed and again he said that none of it presented a problem. Since I hadn't heard from Sam in the two weeks before
