I wish I could give 10 stars! Excellent customer service, friendly, professional and reliable. I had a problem with my hot tub, was told by the company that had been maintaining my tub it was too old to get the part for it. Its a 2016! I Contacted Summit Hot tubs and the part was installed before I got home that night. Roger and his team are the best! Summit Hot Tubs will be maintaining my hot tub for us moving forward! I highly recommend this company and we are very fortunate to have them here in our Summit County community. Thank you, Summit Hot Tubs
