The Deluxe package includes everything in the basic cleaning plus a more thourough detailed cleaning. We offer steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery using a truck mounted steam cleaning system. Our vacation rental package provides a great general cleaning of your vacation rental property plus all those extra details!
Moving is already hard enough work. Let us do the dirty work and clean up after a move out or spruce up your new home before you move in. We require a credit card on file to reserve all cleaning appointments. We require all payments "day of service" unless prior/special arrangements have been made.
We accept payment by check or credit card. Any changes to your payment method must be agreed on and changed by the office staff. If having the same cleaner is something you prefer please let us know and we can at least guarantee one of the same cleaners each time. We try our hardest to send the same cleaners but occasionally it is not possible do to scheduling.

These are our regular packages but we can set up a cleaning service that works with your budget. La Carte items start as low as $50. The prices depend on the requested services. La Carte services must be added to one of our 3 packages OR meet our minimum service purchase of $100. Prices are based on average sized homes.
