We are so happy we used this company for our pool. The experience was really good (not perfect but good) Jonathan was upfront about the timeline from the beginning and his team did an amazing job. He used his own employees to build the pool rather than contractors like many of the other builders. They were clearly seasoned veterans.

We worked with Jonathan to build our pool in the Spring of 2020. He was always responsive, honest, and on time. His crew finished our pool on time and on budget (even though we had significant rain delays). Like any project, everything wasn't perfect. The important part is that when we encountered an issue he was fair and honest. He wants the project done right and his customers satisfied.

After contacting several reputable pool companies in Atlanta, Crystal Water Pools was our choice. From the very beginning, they were responsive and on time. When we decided to go with them, they delivered as promised. It was a very smooth transaction and a no hassle process. The owner Jonathan delivered everything as promised and the end project surpassed our expectations. I normally do not recommend companies but I do recommend Crystal Water Pools. It was a pleasant experience and super happy result.....

I could be swimming now but this pool experience fizzled out. In the beginning Jonathan was very responsive but a few months in and nothing. Yes COVID 19 hit and when you dont hear anything from your contractor I look at it as blessing in disguise. I can only assume he shot his bid to low and was able to find a better deal elsewhere.
